Hello, if you want to buy a house with a loan, you must first confirm whether you are qualified to buy a house. Those who are qualified to purchase houses have different loan methods and different conditions.

Commercial loan terms:

There shall be no more than one set of outstanding loans under the family name, with good credit information and certain repayment ability. Provident fund loan

Provident fund loan conditions:

(1) I have opened a provident fund account for more than 1 year, and paid the housing provident fund in Tianjin continuously for more than 1 year before applying for a provident fund (portfolio) loan, and my employer has not defaulted;

(2) There is no outstanding provident fund (portfolio) loan under the applicant's family name;

(3) I and my spouse have good credit status;

(4) Employees purchase, build, renovate and overhaul their own houses;

(5) Currently in a deposit state;

(6) The record of housing provident fund loan and the record of housing provident fund withdrawal under the name of the applicant's family are less than twice (including commercial loans).

Note: If employees have used their spouse's provident fund to apply for housing provident fund (portfolio) loans, their spouses cannot apply for housing provident fund (portfolio) loans before the loans are paid off.

To apply for provident fund loans, the above conditions must be met at the same time.
