The "loan application amount (yuan)" is an integer between 1,000 and 6,000, which should not be higher than the total of the student's tuition and accommodation fees, and ensure that it is not higher than the "Credit Student Loan Contract for the Place of Origin of the Student" "Receipt Form" (taken back to the school after the student signs the loan contract, and the school and college are responsible for filling it out). The total amount of tuition and accommodation fees owed by the student for this academic year. If the loan amount in the loan contract is higher than the total amount of tuition and accommodation fees owed by the student on the contract receipt, the contract will be deemed invalid. "Loan application amount (yuan)" should be an integer (such as 4,576 yuan), which may be inconsistent with the loan amount that has been reported for the 2008-2009 academic year student loan demand information, but should not be higher than the latter.
Loans from the student’s place of origin are in principle used to borrow students’ tuition and accommodation fees. When the loan amount is greater than the actual needs for tuition and accommodation fees, the remaining part can be used for student living expenses. It cannot be used for other purposes.
Student loan example
Zhang San is from Xixiangtang District, Nanning City, Guangxi. He was admitted to Guangxi University in 2008 and has a 4-year education. In August of that year, I went to the Xixiangtang District Student Aid Management Office to apply for a student origin loan from the National Development Bank. I applied for a loan of 5,000 yuan with a loan term of 14 years. After registering, the student must send the loan contract receipt back to the Xixiangtang District Student Financial Aid Management Office within the specified period. The receipt confirms that the outstanding amount of tuition and accommodation fees is 4,500 yuan. After approval by the Development Bank, the Xixiangtang District Student Financial Aid Management Office transferred 4,500 yuan to Northwest University through an agency settlement bank or a third-party payment platform, and the remaining 500 yuan was used for Zhang San’s living expenses.
