6. Get the motor vehicle registration certificate with the motor vehicle registration business acceptance voucher.

The following materials are required to handle the vehicle release procedure:

1. The owner’s personal valid ID card;

Legal basis:

Article 22 of the "Motor Vehicle Registration Regulations" Under one of the following circumstances, without affecting safety and identification of number plates, the owner of the motor vehicle No change registration is required:

The vehicle management office shall, within one day from the date of acceptance, endorse the filing matters on the motor vehicle registration certificate;

(3) If it falls under the circumstances specified in Paragraph 3 of Article 23, the owner of the motor vehicle shall Submit proof of identity. The vehicle management office shall complete the filing within one day from the date of acceptance;

(4) If it falls under the circumstances specified in Paragraph 4 of Article 23, the owner of the motor vehicle shall submit proof of identity and motor vehicle registration certificate , driving license, motor vehicle inspection. The vehicle management office shall, within one day from the date of acceptance, inspect the motor vehicle, supervise the re-engraving of the original vehicle identification number, collect and verify the vehicle identification number rubbing film or electronic data, and endorse and record the matters on the motor vehicle registration certificate;

(5) If it falls under the circumstances specified in Items 5 and 6 of Article 23, the owner of the motor vehicle shall submit proof of identity, driving license, motor vehicle safety technical inspection certificate, operating auxiliary device or tailgate The certificate of compliance for plate installation shall be submitted to the motor vehicle for inspection. The vehicle management office shall inspect the motor vehicle, take back and re-issue the driving license within one day from the date of acceptance;

If the vehicle is not at the place of registration due to the application for change registration in Items 5, 6 and 7 of Article 23, an application can be made to the vehicle management office where the vehicle is located. The vehicle management office where the vehicle is located shall inspect the motor vehicle in accordance with regulations, review the submitted certificates and vouchers, and forward the electronic inspection data of the motor vehicle to the vehicle management office at the place of registration.
