At the same time, relax the calculation standard of family repayment ability of loan applicants. When calculating the family repayment ability of loan applicants, the monthly deposit base of housing provident fund, bank income and other debts can be considered comprehensively; If the loan applicant and spouse have other debts (excluding housing loans), the loan amount can be calculated according to the amount of housing provident fund that the loan applicant and spouse can hedge repayment.

In addition, the restriction that the loan amount is linked to the balance of housing provident fund deposit is abolished. Cancel the operating rule that the loan amount applied by the borrower shall not be higher than the balance of the applicant and spouse's provident fund account 15 times.

Prior to this, Changde City also made it clear in April this year that it would give 50% financial subsidies to purchase new houses in the central city according to the deed tax actually paid. According to the "Several Policies and Measures on Further Promoting the Stable and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market in the Central City of Changde (Trial)", the buyers who buy new commercial houses (excluding parking spaces, garages and utility rooms) in the central city will be given 50% financial subsidies according to the deed tax actually paid.
