1. If the borrower is declared dead or missing by the competent authority during the repayment period, the legal heir or donee of the borrower's property and the legal property custodian shall continue to perform the loan contract signed with the borrower. If the borrower loses the capacity for civil conduct or the heir or legatee refuses to perform the loan contract, the lender has the right to dispose of the collateral or pledge according to the mortgage (pledge) contract.
2. After the borrower repays all the loan principal and interest and related expenses, the loan contract will be automatically terminated. After the termination of the contract, you should go through the cancellation procedures of mortgage registration (or filing) or pledge registration at the relevant departments, return the certificate of rights and insurance policy, and notify the guarantor of the termination of the loan relationship, mortgage, pledge guarantee or joint liability guarantee relationship.
