First, adjust the content

1, reduce the down payment ratio of the second suite. Families need to apply for housing provident fund loans to buy a second set of improved housing, and the down payment ratio will be reduced to not less than 20% of the total purchase price.

2. Increase the loan amount. For families where both husband and wife normally pay the housing provident fund, the maximum loan amount is 800,000 yuan; For families where only one of the husband and wife normally pays the housing provident fund, the maximum loan amount is 500,000 yuan.

3. Adjust the criteria for determining the number of housing units. The number of housing units is determined by the number of families with housing provident fund loans. The first suite bought a house without using the housing provident fund loan before applying for a loan; One-time housing provident fund loan is used to purchase houses, which has been settled as a second suite, and the interest rate has risen 10%. Housing provident fund loans shall not be issued to families who have used it twice or more.

4. If the spouse of an active serviceman applies for a housing provident fund loan in the local area, the maximum loan amount shall be calculated according to the double-paid employee. After retiring from active service, soldiers have established housing provident fund accounts and paid the housing provident fund in full for more than 6 months (including 6 months). You can apply for housing provident fund personal housing loans, and the length of service is recognized as the time of housing provident fund deposit, which is combined with local time.
