Shadow banks are generally divided into two types: one is not within the scope of bank supervision, doing bank things and lending to enterprises. Mainly some financial institutions, such as trust companies, insurance companies, asset management companies and so on. The other is that some commercial banks don't keep their duties and do things that are not within the scope of bank credit business through some non-bank institutions, that is, shadow credit of banks.
