The process is roughly as follows: the customer first consults with the local provident fund management center whether it meets the conditions for transferring to provident fund loans. If yes, the provident fund management center will issue a contact form and an application form for transferring commercial loans to provident fund loans to customers, and customers will carry the above two forms. My original ID card and debit card apply to the post-lending center of Development Zone (handling behavior: Development Zone Sub-branch, Jinzhou Sub-branch and Bonded Zone Sub-branch) or the post-lending center of branches (handling behavior: branches other than Development Zone Sub-branch, Jinzhou Sub-branch and Bonded Zone Sub-branch) for transferring commercial loans to provident fund, and at the same time apply for early settlement.
