If the applicant has any objection to the marital status recorded in the credit information system, it shall handle the objection.

Note: If the applicant fails to sign the affidavit at the site of the management office, the affidavit must be signed by a notary, or the affidavit signed by him must be notarized.

Third, the handling process

(a) the applicant holds a spouse ID card to the housing provident fund management office in the jurisdiction for consultation; The staff of the management office examines the applicant's loan qualification and calculates the loanable amount; Meet the loan conditions, issue the "Qingdao Housing Provident Fund Loan Application Approval Form" to the applicant.

(2) The applicant shall fill in the Application Approval Form for Housing Provident Fund Loan in Qingdao as required, and provide the required materials according to the type and area of the house purchased. If the loan applicant (spouse) cannot go through the loan formalities in person, he must go through the notarization formalities.
