Student loan process
1. Students should go to the township government, sub-district office and other departments to sign and seal the application form.
2. The students shall go to the aid center to confirm and sign the contract with the application form, valid poverty certificate and other original certificates that meet the loan conditions. (The loan eligibility will be reviewed by the district funding center)
3. Students take the loan contract and loan certificate to the school for receipt. And return the receipt (in duplicate) to the local funding center.

Application for national student loan:
(1) The reasons for the application should include the family's financial situation. It should not be too simple, but it should be written sincerely.
(2) The written content cannot contradict the content in other materials.
(3) The application cannot be changed.
2. College students and families questionnaire:
(1) The handwriting of this questionnaire shall not be changed, erased or added.
2. It must be filled in with a carbon pen or a black signature pen.
(3) build the official seal of the civil affairs department. The official seal of the civil affairs department must have the words of civil affairs (such as Civil Affairs Bureau and Civil Affairs Office), and the business seal is invalid.
(4) The names of the loan students themselves and their parents must be exactly the same as those on their respective ID cards.

The per capita monthly income of families is lower than that of 350 yuan. If brothers and sisters are counted in the family population, if they have income, their income should be counted.

Divorcing parents should fill in the names of both parents in the questionnaire.
3. A copy of the identity cards of the father and mother;
(1) If the ID card has expired, you can use a copy of the household registration book (with the ID number of your parents on it) to replace it with a fresh seal of the police station.
(2) If the parents are divorced, provide the parents' divorce agreement (or court judgment) and a copy of both parents' ID cards.
Note: If the content of child support in the divorce agreement or court judgment is inconsistent with the actual support, it should be indicated in the corresponding documents.
(3) If one parent (or both parents) dies, the deceased shall be indicated in the poverty certificate, and a death certificate with fresh seal shall be issued by the police station. The death certificate shall at least include the following contents: the father or mother of xxx (the name of the borrower) died on X, X, X, and finally the public security organ shall affix the special seal for household registration of the police station.
1. Copy of student ID card and copy of student ID card: The copy of student ID card should be stamped with the seal of the Student Financial Assistance Center. (handled by the Student Affairs Office)

(9) National student loans provided by China Agriculture, China Construction, China Industrial and Commercial Bank, etc., are applied once and distributed year by year. Each student has only one loan opportunity, that is, students who have successfully obtained loans may not apply again.
