3. Priority service at outlets, and honorary preferential treatment for retired military personnel. Business outlets set up special windows to post priority signs for military personnel and retired military personnel in obvious positions, so as to open a green channel for customers with special care cards and provide priority services. Explore the establishment of an honor system for retired military personnel. For veterans who have won third-class merit or above during their service (other medals of honor will be considered when the follow-up conditions are ripe), the service star level will be raised to six stars and they will enjoy corresponding services and preferential treatment.

Assist veterans affairs management department to organize financial knowledge training to promote veterans' understanding of financial knowledge; Cooperate with large domestic employment training institutions (such as vocational and technical colleges) to carry out vocational education and skills training in a timely manner to improve the professional knowledge reserve and employability of retired soldiers.

Article 2 Servicemen of the China People's Liberation Army (hereinafter referred to as soldiers), disabled soldiers, demobilized soldiers, survivors of martyrs, survivors of soldiers who died in the line of duty, and survivors of deceased soldiers are the objects of pension and preferential treatment as stipulated in this Ordinance, and enjoy pension and preferential treatment in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance.
Article 3 The policy of combining the state and society shall be applied to the pensions and preferential treatments for servicemen, so as to ensure that the pensions and preferential treatments for servicemen are compatible with the national economic and social development, and that the life of the recipients of pensions and preferential treatments is not lower than the local average living standard.
