Due to the extremely narrow hoisting position, a 260-ton truck crane was used in the hoisting process to facilitate the completion of the hoisting task.

The project started construction in June 2006 and took three years to complete. With a total investment of 5.5 billion yuan, it can produce 650,000 tons of ethylene, 6.5438+200,000 tons of propylene, 6.5438+450,000 tons of hydrogen, 45,000 tons of C4, 30,000 tons of methane and 45,000 tons of cracked gasoline. This is the first plant in China to produce ethylene by cracking ethane and propane. The ethylene yield is as high as 80.5%, far exceeding the 35% of naphtha in the traditional process. The lifting weight of the granular material mixing bin is 33 tons, the height is 3 1 m and the diameter is 8 meters. Because July is the key moment for all construction units to catch up with the construction period, and the site situation is complicated, it is necessary not only to overcome the problem of the transportation route of equipment entering the site, but also to choose the appropriate crane occupation point. Therefore, before the silo hoisting, after accurate measurement and repeated argumentation, technicians decided to adopt the hoisting scheme of 350-ton overhead truck crane with main crane and 80-ton crawler crane with tail sliding. At the same time, they communicate and coordinate with all units, plan transportation routes and arrange hoisting plans, and strive to ensure smooth roads without affecting the normal construction of all construction units.

The aggregate homogenization frame has 14 silos, which is the first batch of hoisting with two silos. The successful hoisting marks the official start of the silo installation project of HDPE project.

With the timely completion of underground pipelines and steel structures, the installation of process pipelines of yantai wanhua Chemical Polyurethane Industrial Chain Integrated Ethylene Plant, which was built by the Tenth Construction Company, has started one after another.
