Legal analysis: domestic courts have no jurisdiction over overseas Lao Lai, although they have the right to accept it. They can only communicate with foreign embassies and settle them through consultation in accordance with international conventions.

Legal basis: Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be terminated by the people's court under any of the following circumstances:
