I. Processing conditions

If the applicant is the spouse of the main borrower, it shall provide proof of the relationship between husband and wife (marriage certificate or household registration book); If the applicant and the main borrower are parents or children, proof of the relationship between parents and children shall be provided;

4. If you apply for monthly withdrawal of housing provident fund and repayment of supporting commercial loans in portfolio loans, you should also provide the loan information certificate of the loan issued by the loan bank.

After the Agreement on Monthly Withdrawal and Repayment of Housing Provident Fund comes into effect, the management center will adopt the repayment system, and automatically withdraw the stored balance in the applicant's housing provident fund account every month according to the loan repayment amount of the borrower in the entrusted bank last month, and directly transfer it to the repayment withholding card for repayment of the loan.

If the sum of the applicant's deposits last month is taken as the base, and the sum of the deposits last month is less than the repayment of the loan principal and interest last month, it will be transferred to the sum of the applicant's deposits last month, and the difference will be made up by the main borrower on the repayment withholding card; If the sum of deposits last month is greater than the loan principal and interest repaid last month, it will be transferred to the same amount as the loan principal and interest repaid last month.

Five, commissioned by the monthly loan repayment changes.

Under any of the following circumstances, the applicant shall go to the management department to handle the change of entrusted extraction within/0/5 working days before the entrusted extraction date, and provide relevant certification materials.

1. If the repayment withholding card number is changed due to the loss or change of the repayment withholding card, the applicant shall provide the original ID card and a new repayment withholding card, and go through the change formalities at the collection management department.

2. If the number of applicants is increased or decreased, the applicant shall go through the formalities of change with the original ID card and the certificate of relationship between the two parties to the collection and management department where the provident fund account is located.

3. If the monthly loan repayment business needs inter-bank transfer or account cancellation, you can terminate the monthly loan repayment business first.

4. If the applicant's basic information changes, it is necessary to provide the original ID card and relevant information change certification materials to the collection management department where the applicant's provident fund account is located to handle the change procedures.

5. If the applicant voluntarily cancels the entrusted extraction, it will be cancelled after the approval of the management center, which will not affect the entrusted extraction of the remaining applicants.

VI. Termination of monthly withdrawal of entrusted repayment.

In any of the following circumstances, the entrusted extraction will be automatically terminated:

1. The balance of the applicant's housing provident fund account is less than or equal to 10 yuan because the unit fails to pay the housing provident fund on time;

2. Since the month following the signing of the Agreement on Monthly Withdrawal of Housing Provident Fund Loan, if the overdue repayment reaches 3 times, the borrower shall take the initiative to prepare enough funds for normal repayment with the approval of the management center. After the borrower repays the loan normally for 6 months, he can reapply for the monthly loan repayment business. If the overdue repayment reaches 12 or 6 consecutive times, the management center will terminate the applicant's monthly repayment business, and may not reapply for monthly repayment during the repayment period, and the borrower will resume the deduction method agreed in the original loan contract;

3. The repayment debit card is changed, and the entrusted withdrawal change procedures are not handled in time;

4. The principal and interest of the loan have been settled.
