The local self-owned housing situation of loan applicants and their families is mainly audited by commercial banks.
If the loan applicant provides false family housing information, which leads to the inability of military personnel to obtain loans from commercial banks after approval, the loan applicant shall bear all the responsibilities, and I and my family members will no longer enjoy the treatment of military housing provident fund loans.
(4) The report on loan demand is inconsistent with the loan application.

Soldiers must repay the loan principal and interest on schedule in accordance with the loan contract signed with the cooperative bank; When a soldier retires from active service, his housing subsidy and housing provident fund are used to repay the remaining loan principal and interest in advance (the difference will continue to enjoy the military housing provident fund loan policy); Failing to repay the loan principal and interest on time, the overdue part shall be punished according to the relevant provisions of the People's Bank of China and the loan contract; If the loan principal and interest cannot be repaid beyond the time limit stipulated by the cooperative bank, the cooperative bank shall dispose of its mortgaged or pledged property according to law, or recover from the guarantor.

Military housing provident fund standard
(1): Servicemen enjoy the housing subsidy of the military system, while the monetary subsidy of the local housing provident fund is only for non-local employees in agricultural registered permanent residence, and there is no connection between them. Therefore, it is impossible for active servicemen to apply for housing provident fund subsidies in any area.
(2): As active servicemen do not enjoy local housing subsidies, that is, they do not have local housing provident fund accounts, so they cannot apply for housing provident fund loans from any bank.
(3): The housing accumulation fund of the army is kept by itself and has no direct relationship with the local government. It is also a one-time payment after changing jobs. So if you want to buy a house, you have to wait until you change jobs before you can use the provident fund.
