First, the recruitment conditions

Second, the recruitment process

This recruitment work adheres to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, and is jointly organized by Dadong District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Dadong District People's Court.

(1) Registration and qualification examination

2. Registration place: Hall on the first floor of Dadong District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (No.8 Jinqiao Road/KLOC-0, Dadong District, 50 meters west of Dadong District Government, formerly Dadong District Personnel Bureau)

3. I hold my ID card, household registration book, education, degree certificate and three recent 1 inch bareheaded photos for on-site registration and qualification examination.

(2) Written examination and interview

1. Those who pass the qualification examination will take the written test with the admission ticket;

2. According to the written test results, from high score to low score, determine the interview candidates according to the ratio of 1: 3 in the recruitment plan;

3. Hire experts to write and interview questions.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

50% of the written test and interview results are included in the total score, and the candidates to be hired are determined according to the ratio of the total score from high to low according to the recruitment plan 1: 1 (if the interview score is lower than 60, they will not be hired); If the total score is tied, the candidate to be hired will be determined in the order of high score to low score in the interview. Carry out physical examination and investigation on the personnel to be hired, and those who fail to pass the physical examination and investigation will be replenished according to the total score from high to low.

Third, the management and treatment of employees.

Hired personnel shall be managed by contract system, and labor contracts shall be signed with dispatch companies designated by Dadong District Government. The probation period for the first employment is 2 months, and the salary is 1600 yuan/month, enjoying five insurances; Those who have completed the probation period sign a formal labor contract, the initial employment period is 1 year, the salary is 2000 yuan/month, and they enjoy five insurances and one gold; The individual part of social insurance shall be withheld and remitted by the dispatching company.
