In any of the following circumstances, you may not apply for provident fund loans:
(a) the individual housing provident fund account has been settled for 3 months, or has been settled for more than 4 months;
(2) In the past 36 months, there was a record that a single loan was overdue for more than 3 consecutive installments or 12 installments (inclusive);
(3) A single credit card (including quasi-credit card) has overdue records for more than 6 consecutive periods (inclusive) or 24 cumulative periods (inclusive) in the last 36 months;
(4) There are special transaction records such as "repayment by guarantor" or "paying debts with assets";
(5) Whether there are "bad debts", "freezing" or "stopping payment";
(6) Being included in the list of untrustworthy persons;
(seven) is included in the blacklist of housing provident fund dishonesty;
(8) The houses purchased are non-residential houses such as office buildings, commercial houses, production houses and property-based hotels;
(nine) the family has two sets of housing registration records, or has used two provident fund loans;
(ten) there are other circumstances that may affect the safety of provident fund loans.
