Borrowing loans in the name of parents may not have legal effect on parents. If the amount is large and obviously unpaid, it may be suspected of fraud or loan fraud. A loan contract signed by an adult is invalid. However, because the loan is made in the name of parents, the loan company has established a loan contract relationship with the parents of minors, so the loan company will require their parents to fulfill their repayment obligations by contract.
