Legal analysis: Parents don't have to repay their children's loans. As a person with full capacity for civil conduct, the parents' borrowing behavior can be regarded as the true meaning of the parties, so the parents' borrowing behavior is an effective civil legal act, and the actor himself bears the legal consequences, while the children, as independent civil subjects, do not have to bear the repayment responsibility.

Legal basis: Article 143 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that a civil juristic act that meets the following conditions is valid:

(1) the actor has corresponding capacity for civil conduct;

(2) the meaning is true;
