article 5 the full name of the school is "north China university of water resources and hydropower" (hereinafter referred to as the school), and the Ministry code is 178. The school originated from the Water Conservancy School of the Ministry of Water Resources of the Central People's Government, which was founded in Beijing in 1951. In 1954, it was renamed Beijing Water Conservancy School of the Ministry of Water Resources. In 1958, Beijing Hydropower School and Beijing Hydropower Correspondence College merged to form Beijing Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower. chapter iii enrollment organization and personnel
article 7 the school shall set up an enrollment work leading group composed of the principal responsible persons and the heads of relevant departments such as discipline inspection and supervision in the school, which shall be responsible for the enrollment work of the school, and set up an enrollment office, full-time staff and necessary office equipment, places and facilities to carry out the enrollment examination.
Article 8 The permanent institution of the general full-time undergraduate enrollment in schools is called the Admissions Office of North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower, which is responsible for organizing and implementing the general full-time undergraduate enrollment in schools.
article 9 schools never entrust any social intermediary agencies or individuals to engage in enrollment work.
chapter iv enrollment plan
article 1 a school shall formulate an annual enrollment plan according to social needs, development plans, school conditions, student source status, subject development and other factors, and report it to the Henan provincial department of education and the Ministry of education for approval after being studied and determined by the school party Committee meeting.
article 11 the school enrollment office shall formulate an enrollment plan according to the enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of education and the Henan provincial department of education, and report it to the Henan provincial department of education and the Ministry of education for review and filing. At the same time, the school admissions office will submit the student source plan to the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) Admissions Examination Institute (Admissions Examination Office) for the record, and announce it to the public through relevant channels.
The school shall prepare a reserved plan within 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plan, and report it to the competent department for review and the Ministry of Education for the record, so as to adjust the imbalance of online students in the unified examinations in various places.

Chapter V Admission Rules
Article 13 Admission system: The enrollment of schools is conducted under the unified organization of the admissions committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and the provisions of "schools are responsible for the recruitment and supervision" are implemented.
article 14 proportion of filing: the proportion of filing shall be determined according to the situation of students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) and relevant regulations.
article 15 principle of major admission: the principle of "voluntary clearing and professional clearing" shall be implemented based on the results of filing. (The "major" mentioned in the Articles of Association includes specific major, major direction or major category. The professional diversion of large-scale enrollment candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school. )
when the scores of the bidding documents are the same, the ranking order shall be determined according to the ranking rules of the bidding documents of the candidates' provinces. If there is no specific requirement in the provinces, our school will compare the scores of Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and comprehensive scores in turn to determine the ranking order. When all the candidates' professional volunteers can't meet but obey the professional adjustment, they will be transferred to other majors according to the candidates' filing scores from high to low (when the filing scores are the same, the rules for determining the order are the same as above). Candidates who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.
In the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) that implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, the school has determined in advance the subject requirements of the major (category) to be enrolled for the senior high school level examination in accordance with the relevant regulations of the province (autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government); Candidates must apply for our school in accordance with the requirements of the selected subjects of the above enrollment majors (categories); Students' comprehensive quality archives are used as admission reference. The admission major shall be determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of the college entrance examination reform plan of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government).
Students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who are recruited by the Overseas Chinese Federation and Taiwan Province are admitted without taking the test according to the regulations of the general colleges and universities that jointly recruit overseas Chinese, students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and the relevant enrollment brochures of the school.
Article 16 The "English" major of the school only recruits candidates whose foreign language is English; "Russian" major and Ural College of North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower only recruit candidates whose foreign languages are English and Russian; Sino-British and Sino-Korean cooperation in running schools only recruits candidates whose foreign language is English.
Except for the majors specified above, other majors in the school do not impose foreign language restrictions on candidates. However, because other majors in the school only offer English courses in foreign languages (except for the minor language direction of "Chinese International Education"), all admitted candidates should take English as a compulsory foreign language course and complete their studies in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.
article 17 principle of quitting the file: the school may consider quitting the file for those who fail to pass the ideological and political moral examination and do not obey the professional adjustment. In addition to the specially indicated majors, the school's requirements for candidates' physical health status shall be implemented according to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities and relevant supplementary provisions.
Article 18 Admission Rules for Art Majors:
Art majors in our school are both liberal arts and sciences, and candidates are required to take the national entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities and the unified examination for provincial majors organized by the competent departments of the provincial entrance examinations. In 221, our school will not organize professional school examinations or separate tests in all provinces.
the filing method and proportion shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of each province. Candidates who enter the scope of our school's file reading will read the file according to our school's sorting rules, and decide whether to enroll or quit the file.
our school's sorting rules: the scores of art majors in the college entrance examination, cultural courses and professional courses all reach the batch admission control scores of our school's art majors designated by the provinces where the candidates are located, and the comprehensive scores are calculated according to the ratio of the scores of the college entrance examination, cultural courses multiplied by 4% and professional courses multiplied by 6%, and the admission majors are determined according to the principle of "voluntary clearing and professional clearing".
Article 19 There is no restriction on the ratio of male to female students in the admission of students from various majors.
Article 2 Candidates who have been recognized and publicized by the departments in charge of entrance examinations in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and have been included in the scores of the college entrance examination and enjoy the bonus policy will be recognized in principle by the school, and will be admitted according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the province.

The undergraduate majors enrolled in cooperation with Songshan Shaolin Wushu Vocational College in Henan Province are 12, yuan/student/academic year.
Chinese-foreign cooperative education undergraduate majors (including arts-related Chinese-foreign cooperative undergraduate majors and Ural College majors) are 18, yuan/student/academic year.
Information Engineering College (provincial characteristic demonstration software college) has an undergraduate major of 12, yuan/student/academic year.
The preparatory stage of the preparatory classes for ethnic minorities enrolled in Henan Province is 2, yuan/student/school year, which will be charged according to the tuition standard of the undergraduate majors promoted in that year.
student dormitories are arranged by the school according to the actual situation. Accommodation for six people is charged according to the 8 yuan/student/school year and accommodation for four people is charged according to the 1 yuan/student/school year standard.
article 23 after the new students register for admission, the school will conduct a comprehensive review of the admission qualifications of the registered students.
