1. Object: existing personal housing loans (excluding personal commercial housing loans and personal housing maximum mortgage loans) issued before 27 October 2008/kloc-0.
2. The following conditions must be met simultaneously:
(1) The original execution interest rate of the loan is 0.85 times of the benchmark interest rate;
(2) The borrower has not defaulted on more than two personal loans (including but not limited to personal housing loans) of our bank in the past two years.
3. In any of the following circumstances, the floating ratio of loan interest rate will not be adjusted:
(1) The borrower has formed a record of non-performing loans in our personal loans (including but not limited to personal housing loans) in recent two years;
(2) There is still loan balance default or other breach of contract when repricing;
(3) At the time of re-pricing, the borrower has more than two outstanding commercial personal housing loans in our bank.
4. Operation mode of interest rate adjustment
The floating range of this interest rate shall be applied by the borrower in writing and adjusted by the bank for approval.
