It's false that a bank's C-risk customer needs an emergency contact to conduct a credit investigation. There is basically no requirement for emergency contacts, as long as there is a mobile phone number with real-name registration system, no matter who it is, and there is no need to bear any responsibility to the lender, nor to be present in person or even know about it.
