Article 7 The procedures for employees who have paid housing provident fund in Wuhan are as follows:

(1) The borrower first goes to the loan management office of Wuhan Provident Fund Center to receive the Application Form for Housing Provident Fund Loans in Different Places (see Annex 1), fills in the basic information and authorizes Wuhan Provident Fund Center to freeze its application for other uses of housing provident fund, promising that it can only be used for repayment of loans in different places and overdue deduction.

(II) The Loan Management Office of Wuhan Provident Fund Center issued the Loan Certificate of Employee Housing Provident Fund Deposit to the loan center (see Annex 2) (with the special business seal affixed), marked the loan for the loan applicant and spouse's housing provident fund account, and temporarily suspended other applications. At the same time, the loan management office of Wuhan Provident Fund Center will send the published borrower's provident fund deposit and loan information to the loan center by email, and the loan center will register in its provident fund system.

(3) The borrower applies for the housing provident fund loan to the loan center with the materials provided by Wuhan Provident Fund Center, such as the Certificate of Deposit and Loan of Employee Housing Provident Fund, the Application Form for Housing Provident Fund Loan in Different Places, and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Housing Provident Fund Loan in Different Places.

Article 8 The procedures for employees who have paid housing provident fund in different places to apply for housing provident fund loans in different places in Wuhan are as follows:

(1) The loan management office of Wuhan Provident Fund Center received the e-mail from the deposit center, and verified the relevant data (log in to the deposit center official website or the data interactive platform to verify the borrower and spouse's provident fund deposit loan, etc.). ), and then input it into the provident fund system, marked as "applying for a loan from a different place".

(2) The borrower applies for housing provident fund loans to the loan bank entrusted by Wuhan Provident Fund Center with the information provided by the deposit center, the Application Form for Housing Provident Fund Loans in Different Places and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Wuhan Housing Provident Fund Loans.

(3) After accepting the employee's application for loan from different places, the entrusted bank of Wuhan Provident Fund Center will verify it through the provident fund system and the loan information provided by the employee, and approve it within 5 working days. If it is approved, it shall be handled in accordance with the loan process of Wuhan Provident Fund Center; If the approval fails, the entrusted bank shall notify the borrower within 5 working days, and indicate the reasons for failure in the provident fund system, and report to the loan management office of Wuhan Provident Fund Center, which will notify the deposit center, and the deposit center will cancel the loan marking of the borrower and spouse's provident fund account within 5 working days.
