Legal Basis

"Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Housing Provident Funds" Article 24 If an employee has any of the following circumstances, he or she may withdraw funds from the employee's housing provident fund account Storage balance:

(1) Those who purchase, build, renovate or overhaul their own houses;

(2) Those who retire or retire;

(3) Completely losing the ability to work and terminating the labor relationship with the employer;
