Don't parents have to pay back the loan to their children?
Whether the parents' loan is not enough for their children to repay needs to be decided according to the specific circumstances, as follows:

1. If the parents die and the children inherit the parents' inheritance as heirs, they shall bear the responsibility for repayment of the loan within the scope of the inherited inheritance;

2. If inheritance is abandoned, children have no repayment responsibility.

What are the three ways to solve the loan?

1. Extend the loan term. Property buyers can learn more from loan banks;

2. Apply for suspension of repayment of principal. The lender may negotiate with the bank to temporarily repay only the interest but not the principal;

3. Re-mortgage or sell the house. Because the debtor is still a bank and the house is still mortgaged in the hands of the bank, the borrower can sell it by refinancing, or negotiate with the buyer to repay the loan first.

Legal basis: Article 408 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).

If the mortgagor's behavior is enough to reduce the value of the mortgaged property, the mortgagee has the right to ask the mortgagor to stop his behavior; If the value of the collateral decreases, the mortgagee has the right to demand the restoration of the value of the collateral or provide a guarantee corresponding to the decreased value. If the mortgagor fails to restore the value of the collateral or provide guarantee, the mortgagee has the right to demand the debtor to pay off the debt in advance.
