Employment problem. Although farmers are encouraged to buy houses in cities, they can't buy houses on the meager income of farming. In order to achieve sustainable development, we need to get corresponding jobs in cities. However, with the development of science and technology, cities have higher requirements for workers' cultural knowledge, manual labor has been gradually replaced, and the sustainability of farmers working in cities has decreased. This kind of problem is the key for farmers to buy houses in cities.
Medical problems. To solve the employment problem of farmers, we need to solve the medical problem. Rural medical care and urban medical care have different systems, and have unique ways of payment and use. Therefore, only two systems can communicate with each other or solve farmers' urban medical care. Illness can be cured, but serious illness is not expensive. Only by solving the worries can we attract more farmers to buy houses in cities.
Social security issues. One of the purposes of buying a house in a peasant city is to provide for the elderly. You can live in the city in your later years, otherwise it is of little significance to buy a house. Rural pension and urban pension are different systems. It is difficult for farmers to get stable jobs and stable pensions in cities.
Educational problems. There are great differences between rural education resources and urban education resources. Many rural parents will find ways to send their children to school in the city for their children's future. This seems to be the best opportunity. When you buy a house and hold an account, you get the education qualification of the city. But after all, there are few good schools and limited students. Therefore, we must solve the problem of educational equity.
Cultivated land problem. After farmers buy houses in cities, who will plant the abandoned cultivated land? If the original farmers continue to plant, the hukou cannot be moved to the city, and the above medical, social security and education problems cannot be solved. If contracted to others for planting, farmers' income will decrease after entering the city.
