Bank of China personal study abroad loan issuance:

1. The purpose of the loan is to pay for tuition and miscellaneous fees, transportation expenses, and living expenses. Before the loan is issued, the following credit prerequisites should be reviewed. :

(1) Implement the signing of the loan contract, mortgage (pledge) contract, guarantee contract, etc. in person with the borrower and the guarantor (if any), and sign the loan IOU, etc.

(2) If you apply for a loan with a mortgage as a guarantee, the loan should be issued after completing the mortgage registration and obtaining other rights certification documents or other relevant certificates of rights; if you apply for a loan with a pledge as a guarantee , the loan should be issued after the completion of pledge delivery and other procedures.

(3) Other loan prerequisites stipulated by the Bank of China or approved by the Bank of China.

The loan disbursement plan can be based on the academic year/one-time disbursement. The actual number of loan periods and amount shall be subject to the number and amount of loan periods applied for by the borrower and approved by the lender.

The loan adopts self-payment method, and the money can be transferred to the borrower's account opened in our bank. Account managers should actively guide customers to complete foreign exchange purchases in our bank and supervise the use of loans. The lender should check whether the loan payment meets the agreed purpose through account analysis, voucher inspection or on-site investigation.

2. If the loan is used as a personal study abroad loan as a deposit for studying abroad, after the lender issues the loan to the borrower or educated person's account, the account must be frozen, and the freezing period must cover the duration of the loan. After the freeze is completed, the lender can issue a personal study abroad loan certificate according to the customer's needs.
