How to inquire about the credit information system;

1. Counter: At present, only the following cities have opened the service of China Merchants Bank outlets as agents to inquire about credit reports (agents are not allowed). If you need to inquire, please call the customer service hotline in advance or consult the specific information such as the handling rules of the corresponding cities through online customer service (only on weekdays): Shenzhen, Suzhou, Beijing, Nanning, Xuzhou, Liuzhou, Nanjing and Chengdu.
Tips: Please call the station in advance to confirm whether the machine is normal, and then go after confirming that the machine is trouble-free!
2. Professional Edition: After you log in to China Merchants Bank Professional Edition, click "All-in-One Card → Account Management → Personal Credit Report Query" to query the credit report, which is more convenient.
Tips: ① The card inquired must have been associated with the professional version at the counter before.
② There is no seal on the credit report printed by the professional version.
(3) personal credit report inquiry, according to the requirements of the Credit Information Center of the People's Bank of China, can only be inquired by applying for personal electronic certificate. For example, the customer is a professional version of the scan code login, there are two scenarios: one is a certificate, the other is undocumented, and only people with certificates can query. If not, please ask the customer to apply for a digital certificate first, open a personal credit report inquiry protocol, and then scan the code to log in and inquire.
3. Mobile banking: After logging in to mobile banking, click Home → City Service → Personal Credit Report, enter the verification code and email address, and apply for inquiry;
