Free subsidy means that the financial department directly allocates funds to the enterprise according to the project amount, without the need for the enterprise to return it, but it should supervise and accept the project in strict accordance with the project.
The loan discount project is the interest payment table submitted to the bank after the establishment of the enterprise, and the subsidy is given not exceeding the project amount according to the interest actually paid by the bank. In other words, if the interest exceeds the project amount, it will be paid according to the project amount; If the interest does not exceed the project amount, it shall be paid according to the actual interest.
The difference between the above two support methods is that the first grant for free subsidy is 70% of the project amount, and the first grant for loan interest subsidy is 80% of the project amount (interest-bearing bills are required).
No matter whether it is free subsidy or loan discount, the general project support amount does not exceed 1 10,000 yuan.
There is also a key project with strict requirements (the previous project has passed the acceptance and has grown for three years, etc. ), the amount of support is between100-200 million yuan.
General project support is not less than 500,000 yuan (500,000 yuan for start-up projects), and innovative projects (innovative projects in growth period) are between 500- 1 10,000 yuan.
