As long as the deposit of employees buying houses in different places in Shenzhen conforms to the policy of housing provident fund loans in different places, they can apply for housing provident fund loans from different provident fund management institutions with the deposit certificate issued by Shenzhen Provident Fund Center. At present, the housing provident fund loan policy in Shenzhen is put forward to the provident fund center where the property is located, not to the provident fund center where it is deposited. The key point here is that off-site loans need to conform to the off-site provident fund loan policy. To apply for individual housing provident fund loans in Guangzhou, the following conditions shall be met at the same time:

Have a People's Republic of China (PRC) household registration and a valid ID card;

2. When applying for a loan, the registered employees in this city have paid in full 1 year or more (inclusive), and the non-registered employees have paid in full for more than 2 years (inclusive);

3. There is a purchase contract or agreement confirmed by the real estate registration department where the house is located, and mortgage or guarantee procedures can be handled;

4. The down payment for house purchase has been paid according to regulations (the down payment for stock houses requires fund supervision. For details, please refer to the fifth point of this guide or the Notice of Guangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center on the Trial Supervision of Housing Provident Fund Loans for House Purchase Transactions);

5. Have full capacity for civil conduct, good credit, stable occupation and income, and the ability to repay the loan principal and interest;

6. The paid housing provident fund shall be used first to repay the personal housing provident fund loan.

In other words, Shenzhen's provident fund can be loaned in different places, but there is an important premise that you need to pay the provident fund in Guangzhou for at least one year.
