The original shares can be loaned. Specifically, through the original stock warrants mortgage loans. Article 2 of the Measures for the Administration of Stock Pledged Loans of Securities Companies stipulates that the term "stock pledged loans" as mentioned in these Measures refers to a loan method by which a securities company obtains funds from a commercial bank with its own shares, securities investment fund bonds and convertible bonds of listed companies as pledges.
