The "Notice" has increased the support of housing provident fund for residents' housing demand, and the maximum loan amount has been raised from 500,000 yuan to 600,000 yuan. Employees who pay in different places can also apply for housing provident fund loans when buying houses in Xianning. When employees who have paid housing provident fund in this city apply for provident fund loans or withdraw the balance, they can also apply for a one-time withdrawal of the housing provident fund balance of their parents and children (account reservation 100 yuan).

The Notice also adjusted the down payment ratio. The down payment ratio of the first suite is adjusted to not less than 20%, and the down payment ratio of the second suite is adjusted to not less than 30%.
