Handling mortgage: After signing the contract with the loan bank, the borrower goes to the loan bank to handle the mortgage registration insurance and other related procedures, pays the mortgage registration and insurance fees, and submits the original insurance policy to the loan bank for safekeeping.
4. Opening an account: If the borrower needs to entrust deduction for repayment, he needs to open an account registered in his own name in the loan bank for repayment. At the same time, the seller should also open a special deposit account in the loan bank.
5. Withdrawal: After the borrower's application is approved and the materials are submitted, the loan bank will directly transfer the loan to the borrower's account according to the contract.
Portfolio loan repayment
1. Term of combined loan:
The loan term of portfolio loans must comply with the provisions of provident fund management and commercial banks, and the longest loan term is 30 years.
2. Repayment method of portfolio loan:
In portfolio loans: the provident fund loan part adopts free repayment method, and the commercial loan part adopts repayment method recognized by commercial banks.
The borrower of a portfolio loan shall provide two repayment accounts of the same repayment bank for repayment of provident fund loans and commercial loans respectively. Portfolio loans do not require the proportion of commercial loans and provident fund loans for early repayment. If the borrower prepays, he can voluntarily choose to prepay any part of the loan.
Overdue deduction of housing provident fund loans and commercial loans in portfolio loans shall be implemented in accordance with the respective provisions of provident fund management and commercial banks.
