It is required that the same offshore resale business should be settled in the same currency (foreign currency or RMB) in the same bank in principle.

For the offshore resale business that cannot be handled according to this regulation, the bank can directly handle it after confirming its authenticity and legality, and indicate "special offshore resale" in the postscript of the foreign-related income and expenditure declaration transaction, and report it to the local foreign exchange bureau within 5 working days from the date of handling the business.
