Notice on matters related to the implementation of document no. Chang Zhengban issued [20 1 1] 10.
All relevant units:
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the Municipal People's Government on Further Strengthening the Management of the Real Estate Market (No.2011]10) and implement the relevant measures for house purchase management, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Family refers only to husband and wife and minor children.
Second, there are registered families (including collective accounts, including agricultural registered permanent residence and non-agricultural registered permanent residence) around Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, Yueyang, Changde, Yiyang, Loudi and Hengyang.
Three, foreign families, refers to the household registration in Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, Yueyang, Changde, Yiyang, Loudi, Hengyang and other eight regions.
Four, the main city, only refers to the five districts of Changsha, namely Furong District, Tianxin District, Yuelu District, Kaifu District and Yuhua District.
Five, the city residence permit, refers to the city residence permit issued by the public security department (including long net to stay in Ning).
Six, the existing housing, refers to the housing owned by the family at the time of purchase, including the registration of housing ownership, as well as the online signing and acceptance of the transfer registration of housing sales contracts.
7. "Restricted purchase" refers to restricting families from purchasing new commercial housing (including pre-sale housing and existing housing) below 90 square meters through market channels, including joint purchase with others.
Eight, during the purchase restriction period, the purchase of new commercial housing is subject to the online signing time of the housing sales contract. The object of purchase restriction is limited to the purchase of new commercial housing below 90 square meters (inclusive), excluding garages, business apartments, second-hand houses, non-residential houses and new commercial housing above 90 square meters.
Nine, during the purchase restriction, the expropriation of monetary compensation for the purchase of housing is not subject to this restriction.
10. During the purchase restriction period, the purchaser who only wants to buy a new commercial house of less than 90 square meters (inclusive) should fill in the Application Form for Housing Situation of Family Members of the Purchaser when applying for advance notice registration (see Annex 1).
1 1. During the purchase restriction period, if the advance notice registration cannot be made due to policy reasons, both parties shall go through the check-out formalities through consultation.
