Intermediate people's court. Beijing Banking Regulatory Bureau is under the jurisdiction of the Intermediate People's Court. With regard to the jurisdiction of administrative cases, the Regulations clearly stipulate that financial administrative disputes of first instance involving the People's Bank of China, China Securities Regulatory Commission, Bank of China Insurance Regulatory Commission, State Administration of Foreign Exchange and other the State Council departments and organizations authorized by law shall be under the jurisdiction of Beijing Financial Court.
