According to the relevant public information, enterprises in the area shall make a statistical declaration on the balance of payments in accordance with the Provisions on the Receipt and Payment of Funds by Enterprises in the Area and Overseas Non-residents. The receipt and payment of funds between enterprises in the area and enterprises outside the area and between enterprises in the area and enterprises outside the area shall be filled in with domestic receipts and payments vouchers according to regulations.
