Holders of diplomatic passports do not need to apply for an entry permit, but the Embassy of China in Vanuatu should obtain the prior consent of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Unless the Ministry of Foreign Affairs agrees to enter the country, holders of official passports and ordinary official passports must apply for entry permits.

Time required for embassy visa: 1 week

To apply for a visa, you need to fill out a comprehensive application form for going abroad, each person 1 copy, and each group of delegations 1 copy.

Materials to be provided when applying for a visa:

1. Invitation letter (with fax).

2. Copy of passport.

3. Proof of economic status (such as deposit certificate).

4. 1 copy of business trip certificate in Chinese and English (written on company stationery with address, telephone number and fax).

5. Fill in 1 Vanuatu visa application form, 1 vertical list form and submit 1 photos.

Visa status:

Under normal circumstances, the tile party will issue a valid entry permit for three months (on a separate sheet). After entering the country, the tile immigration bureau will stamp the entry stamp on the passport, which is the so-called "visa on arrival".
