8. After submitting the reservation information, wait for the bank to process and confirm the reservation.

9. After the appointment is successful, the bank will usually notify you by phone or text message on the second working day to go to the bank branch to collect the Thai baht. At that time, please bring your original ID card and the bank card with which you have successfully purchased foreign exchange. Collect Thai baht at the designated outlet.
