Stabilize and promote processing trade.

Strengthen the protection of employment, energy consumption, credit and other factors, guide the gradient transfer of processing trade to the central and western regions and northeast regions, and promote the sustained and healthy development of processing trade and the stability of industrial chain and supply chain. A number of national processing trade industrial parks have been newly identified. Run the China Processing Trade Products Expo well, and support the industrial exchanges and docking between the eastern, central and western regions. Promote trade digitalization

Support large foreign trade enterprises to use new technologies to build their own digital platforms, cultivate third-party integrated digital solution providers and serve small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises. Support the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Global Trade Digital Pilot Zone, speed up the digital empowerment of the whole trade chain, give full play to the leading demonstration effect, and sum up the development experience in time. In Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta region, from 2023 to 2025, 5- 10 typical cases will be selected for promotion.

Develop green trade

Support foreign trade enterprises to expand sales channels and cultivate independent brands through new formats and models such as cross-border electronic commerce. Encourage all localities to combine industrial and endowment advantages, innovate and build cross-border electronic commerce Comprehensive Experimental Zone, actively develop the "cross-border e-commerce+industrial belt" model, and drive cross-border e-commerce enterprises to export to enterprises. To speed up the introduction of cross-border electronic commerce's intellectual property protection guidelines, and guide cross-border electronic commerce enterprises to guard against intellectual property risks. About the foreign trade development environment

Improve the level of trade facilitation
