According to the relevant regulations of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, the applicant for opening an account should fill in the application form for account cancellation, explaining the reasons for account cancellation, and the accepting institution shall handle the account cancellation procedures accordingly.

2. The cancellation of an individual foreign exchange settlement account must be handled by the account owner with valid identity documents at the original account opening institution, and no agency is allowed.
