Both passbook number and bank card can be transferred through online banking.

If the transfer is made to other banking systems or other people's accounts, the customer can click "Transfer" in the "Savings Management Personal Finance" column on the home page of the personal bank, and the transfer page will appear after clicking. Fill in the transfer-out account number, transfer-in account number, transfer-in bank, payee, transfer amount, remittance purpose and password of the transfer-out account on this page, and click the Submit button to complete the external transfer.

Online banking can be used for remittance and transfer within the same system (peers) locally and in different places, and can also be used for cross-system remittance, which can realize card-to-card and card-to-card discount remittance. As long as you know the correct account number, account name, bank name and location, you can complete the operation (these are only used for inter-bank transactions).
