The former site of the Central Bank is located at Jiang Yan Middle Road 193. It is the central bank founded by Sun Yat-sen himself in August 15, 13th year of the Republic of China (1924). This building is two stories high and has a reinforced concrete structure. The exterior wall of the central hall is granite stone, and there are two western-style stone lions on both sides of the door. Walking up the stone steps, you can enter the business hall. There is an oval canopy caisson above the hall, and there are European-style Slinko-style columns and Roman-style columns in the corridor around the caisson. The rest of the external walls are brushed with washed stone rice flour, and the walls are decorated with oval patterns. The roof is a low parapet, and the building has a fence. Later, a new arbor was built at the upper end of the gate to shelter from the rain. The existing buildings are well preserved.
In the 13th year of the Republic of China (1924), the first cooperation between the two countries was realized in October, and the revolutionary government was located in Guangzhou. At that time, financial chaos and financial difficulties made Sun Yat-sen prepare to set up the Whampoa Military Academy and the Central Bank at the same time.

Guangzhou's central bank was renamed Guangdong Central Bank in March 18 (1929) and Guangdong Provincial Bank in February1year1October (1932).
After the Japanese army invaded Guangzhou, the branches of the former central bank retreated one by one. In the thirty-fourth year of the Republic of China (1945), after the Japanese surrender in August, Guangzhou Branch of the Central Bank (now Chang Di is the building of Guangdong Pharmaceutical Company) resumed business, with Feng Chenggong as the manager. Later, in the 35th year of the Republic of China (1946), it moved to Nandi, and now Jiang Yan Zhonglu 193 China People's Bank Guangzhou Branch is open for business. It has the right to issue paper money to consolidate its finances and cooperate with the advancement of military politics.
From 65438 to 0993, Guangzhou Municipal Government announced it as a municipal cultural relics protection unit, and in July 2002, Guangdong Provincial Government announced it as a provincial cultural relics protection unit.
