2. specify the receiving country, and you can select the currency to be paid when the other party receives the payment according to the relevant regulations of the paying country. If you remit money in cash, you should first convert the cash into cash, and you may be charged the difference between the conversion of cash and remittance.
3. Inquiry, modification and cancellation of remittance status can only be done at the original remittance outlets.
Tips:
1. After the remittance is submitted, the payee can directly go to the agent network to cancel the payment within 45 days. If it exceeds 45 days, the remitter needs to call the local customer service hotline (8-99-7567, 4-819-9479) for relevant handling;
2. Due to the differences in business in individual regions, please consult the local handling outlets in detail. You can click the life-outlet queuing function in the mobile banking client to query outlet information (you don't need to log in to mobile banking).
