If your Minsheng Bank debit card (savings card) is about to expire, you can replace it through the following channels:

1. Through mobile banking "Financial Assistant-Card Management -IC Card Expiration Change";

2. Through mobile banking-remote banking;

3.3 Customers with electronic cash sub-accounts on Line 3. When the IC card expires, you need to bring your debit card and valid ID card to any of our business outlets for card replacement, and the agent must hold valid ID cards of both parties.

At present, international debit cards can only be replaced by UnionPay chip cards, so the card number will change.

You can change the card in advance (apply within 45 days before the expiration) or change the card after the expiration (issue the card afterwards). The card receiving cycle is 15 working days, and it is 7- 15 working days for Changchun Branch (including secondary branches) and Shijiazhuang Branch (including secondary branches). When the expired card is replenished through mobile banking, the card collection time is 7 working days after the successful application is initiated.

For single cards issued afterwards (including damaged replacement cards, early replacement cards and expired replacement cards), they will be activated on the spot when you pick them up at the counter. If it is a valet, it needs to be activated separately after receiving the card.

Deal with debit card (international debit card, UnionPay debit card) card replacement (card replacement in case of loss, card replacement in case of damage, card replacement at maturity, real-time card replacement and card replacement in advance). If there is foreign currency in the customer card, the outlets without authorization of the foreign exchange bureau cannot handle foreign exchange accounts. Customers are advised to go to outlets with foreign exchange qualifications.
