Step 1: Install the driver

If it is the first time for you to use personal online banking on your computer, please refer to the installation guide of personal online banking system of China Industrial and Commercial Bank, download and install personal online banking controls first, and then install U shield driver. Step 2: Download certificate information

When a certificate customer logs into personal online banking for the first time, the computer will prompt to issue a root certificate from personal ICBC CA. This root certificate will be used to authenticate the website of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. Please click "Yes" to indicate that you accept ICBC's personal online banking service.

After you install the corresponding certificate driver, before using other functions of personal online banking, please log in to personal online banking first, and then click "Security Center" and select "U Shield Management" function in the column of "U Shield Self-download" to download your personal customer certificate to U Shield.
