Calculating profit and loss for spot crude oil is actually relatively simple. Just use your closing price minus your opening price and then add a bilateral handling fee and spread. This depends on the handling fee of your platform. and the spread, and then the calculated plus or minus is your profit or loss. Transaction fee calculation formula:

Handling fee = position opening fee + position closing fee

Position opening fee = position opening price × contract unit × position quantity × rate

Close-out fee = closing price × contract unit × position quantity × fee rate

To calculate profit and loss, just subtract the handling fee from your own floating profit and loss.
