Those who plan to go abroad to visit relatives, friends, travel, study abroad, settle down, find employment or engage in other non-official activities need to apply for an Ordinary Passport of the People's Republic of China.

(1) Please bring your ID card or household registration book to the local police station, the exit-entry administration department of the public security bureau (county) and the exit-entry administration department of the Beijing Public Security Bureau to receive the Approval Form for China Citizens' Entry and Exit for Private Purposes (hereinafter referred to as the Application Form).

(2) Please explain the country (region) and the reason when you receive the form, so as to avoid getting the wrong form.

Matters needing attention when filling in the application form

(a) the "application form" must be filled in black or blue-black ink, and the handwriting is clear and neat, and no alteration is allowed.

(two) to fill in the name of the applicant, it is necessary to use the simplified words of the national standard, which are consistent with the household registration book and the resident identity card.

(3) "Pinyin name" must be spelled in Mandarin; "Date of birth" must be consistent with the household registration book and ID card; Fill in the province or municipality directly under the central government as "birthplace"; "Marital status" should be filled in according to the actual situation.

(4) "domicile" refers to the detailed address of the applicant's domicile, which shall be consistent with the records in the household registration book.

(five) "political outlook" can be filled in "party member", "League members", "names of democratic parties" and "masses".

(six) "education level" is filled in according to the highest education level recognized by the national education authorities. "Occupation, position and title" should be filled in according to the current situation of the applicant and the "title" recognized by the state.

(seven) "work unit" must fill in the full name. If the applicant's personnel file is inconsistent with the work unit, fill in the current work unit and indicate the file storage location in the remarks column. If the personnel files of retirees are stored in the original unit, fill in the original unit.

(8) "Number of applications for leaving the country for personal reasons" refers to the number of applications for leaving the country at the public security organs. Those that are not approved are also counted together, and the situation of disapproval is explained in the remarks column.

(9) "My resume" should be filled in from junior high school, and the starting and ending dates should be accurate and coherent.

(six) "education level" is filled in according to the highest education level recognized by the national education authorities. "Occupation, position and title" should be filled in according to the current situation of the applicant and the "title" recognized by the state.

(seven) "work unit" must fill in the full name. If the applicant's personnel file is inconsistent with the work unit, fill in the current work unit and indicate the file storage location in the remarks column. (10) Fill in the following: spouse, children, parents, (in-laws, in-laws), grandparents, etc. If the family members are overseas, fill in the overseas unit and address in Chinese.

(12) "Information of overseas inviter and its relationship with the applicant" shall include the name, gender, age, overseas address, occupation and the formation process of the relationship with the applicant; The method and process of filling in contact information with overseas schools when studying abroad.

Unit opinion

Explanation of the opinions of the unit or police station:

Citizens leaving the country for private purposes shall submit the audit opinions of their units or public security police stations. The specific requirements are:

(a) national public officials, by the organization and personnel departments in accordance with the cadre management authority to issue opinions;

(2) The employees of state-owned and state-holding enterprises and institutions shall be signed by the legal representative of enterprises and institutions or the personnel and security department of their authorized units, and the legal representative himself shall apply for going abroad, and the corresponding superior personnel management department shall issue opinions;

(3) Students over the age of l4 (including 14) shall be certified by the school. Under the age of l4, the parents or guardians shall issue the opinions of agreeing to go abroad, and the opinions of the unit or police station shall be exempted. If the guardian is a grandparent, grandparent or close relative, he shall submit a certificate that can prove the kinship, such as the kinship certificate and household register issued by the police station or guardian unit.

(4) Personnel other than those mentioned in (1), (2) and (3) above, if their files are kept in the National Talent Exchange Center, Beijing Talent Exchange Center or Beijing Vocational Introduction Center, can be certified by the Center; The files stored in the city and county talent exchange centers shall be certified by the "Center" and the district (county) Personnel Bureau or Labor Bureau respectively. The talent exchange centers of various ministries and commissions and the Beijing education system approved by the competent state department only issue opinions for the floating personnel in the system filed in the center;

(five) Beijing residents working in the field meet the requirements of the first and second paragraphs, and the unit shall issue opinions. The talents whose files are stored in other provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and other provinces and cities (cities with separate plans) shall be given opinions by the talent exchange center;

(six) military cadres going abroad for personal reasons, in addition to providing materials corresponding to the reasons for going abroad, but also need to submit the "approval form for military cadres going abroad for personal reasons".

(seven) opinions issued by the local police station where other personnel have permanent residence in Beijing.

(8) Temporary workers from other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) who have worked continuously in foreign-funded enterprises, resident representative offices of foreign enterprises and mixed-ownership enterprises in Beijing for 1 year and stayed in Beijing for more than 1 year, who need to go abroad due to business needs, shall be issued with opinions on going abroad by the local police station, and the applicant and file location shall be examined and approved according to law after verification by the exit-entry administration office and the public security organ where the household registration is located;

No unit or individual may issue opinions or affix official seals for applicants outside the unit or the system, and offenders will be held accountable according to the relevant laws and regulations of the entry-exit management system.

The opinions of the unit or police station shall be valid within 6 months from the date of issuance.
