When you remit money to your relatives and friends in China, you can ask them to apply for a current all-in-one passbook or a debit card with current all-in-one function at the counter of China Bank. Opening a bank is free, and it doesn't have to be the same as your original bank. A current all-in-one account can receive accounts in multiple currencies.

As a reminder, you should use your personal name when you remit money. Both the sender and the receiver must have private names. Remittances should not exceed $50,000, otherwise the excess may not be converted into RMB or other currencies this year, and each person only has a quota of $50,000 per year, which is stipulated by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.

In addition, Fujin Branch and Heilongjiang Branch are not at the same level. The former is Jiamusi Branch, and the latter is Heilongjiang Branch (i.e. provincial bank). If you remit the latter, remember to remit it to the business department of Heilongjiang Branch, which is responsible for private savings business.
