1. After the following information is changed, the overseas institution shall submit an official letter and relevant certificates to the changing bank within 5 working days, and fill in the Application for Change of Bank Settlement Account:

(1) Name of overseas institution;

(2) The legal representative of the overseas institution or the person in charge of the unit and the authorized signatory of the account;

(3) domestic or overseas contact address, postal code or telephone number;

(4) Other account opening information.

2. If an overseas institution applies to change the name of the depositor, the legal representative or the person in charge of the unit or the name of the authorized signatory of the basic depositor's account, the opening bank shall, within 2 working days after receiving the application for change, submit an application for changing the bank settlement account of the unit, an account opening permit and relevant supporting documents of the overseas institution to the local branch of the People's Bank of China. If it meets the conditions for change, the local branch of the People's Bank of China will approve its application for change, withdraw the original account opening permit, and issue a new account opening permit (the account opening permit issued by Shanghai Branch of the People's Bank of China will be cancelled in Shanghai as of April 30, 20 19). Do not meet the conditions for change, the local branch of the People's Bank of China shall not approve its application for change.
